International movement

Nes Ammim was founded by people from The Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland. The original structure developed over the years into a professional organization.

The village in Israel with its comercial and dialogue activities is run by a local management team, volunteers and Israeli employees.

The management team reports to the Board of Directors, with two members from the Dutch homeboard and two from the German homeboard. The BOD members are assigned by the General Assembly with representatives from Germany and The Netherlands.

The two Nes Ammim foundations in The Netherlands and Germany are independant legal entities. It is their task to promote Nes Ammim in their countries, to recruit volunteers, to raise funds, to organize events and to foster the ideology of Nes Ammim.
